These Terms of Service govern your use of InvoiceMax, operated by Gonzalo Fuentes (ABN 43 956 572 294). By creating an account or using InvoiceMax, you agree to these terms.
InvoiceMax is an invoicing and quoting tool for small businesses and tradespeople. We provide the software as-is to help you create, send and track invoices and quotes.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information, including ABN, for the invoices you generate to be valid.
InvoiceMax offers a free plan with limited usage and a paid Pro plan ($9.99 AUD/month or $79.99 AUD/year).
You agree not to use InvoiceMax to:
You retain ownership of all invoice, quote, and client data you create in InvoiceMax. We do not claim any rights over your business content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
InvoiceMax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GST/tax calculations are provided as a guide only — you are responsible for verifying all figures before sending invoices to clients. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed payments, or tax compliance issues arising from use of the app. For tax advice, please consult a registered tax agent or accountant.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InvoiceMax after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
