InvoiceMax is operated by Gonzalo Fuentes (ABN 43 956 572 294), based in Melbourne, Australia. You can contact us at support@invoicemax.com.au

2. Information we collect

When you create an InvoiceMax account, we collect:

  • Your name and email address (via sign up or Google/Apple sign-in)
  • Business details you enter — business name, ABN, address, contact details, bank account details
  • Client details you save — names, addresses, emails
  • Invoice and quote data you create
  • Subscription and payment status (handled by Stripe — we do not store your card details)

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide the InvoiceMax service: generating invoices and quotes, sending them by email on your behalf, processing your subscription, and providing customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate InvoiceMax:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Resend — sending invoice, quote and notification emails
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions
  • RevenueCat — subscription management

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

5. Your client's data

Client names, addresses and emails you enter into InvoiceMax belong to you. We store this data only to provide the service to you and do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Data security

Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure with row-level security policies ensuring your business data is only accessible to your account. All connections to InvoiceMax are encrypted via HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Help → Delete Account), or by emailing support@invoicemax.com.au — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
